Use

Use on clean and dry lashes. Start from the base to the lash tips, and wiggle the wand slightly from side to side. Clean the neck of the bottle and the opening, then close cap tightly.

Makeup removers will not work, only the combination of lots of water and gentle pressure from your fingertips or a cloth, and the tiny tubes will effortlessly slide off of your lashes and into your hand.
